Guest guest
Hi Mark, Not to say there is not one but I have not found any Remote Medic courses in the US outside of the courses some companies provide there employees. The next best thing I have found is the USCG Medical Person In Charge (MPIC) course. This is a two week ship captain's medical ticket. They are required to have this ticket in order to maintain their rating for certain size vessels. It is kind of like a two week crash RN/Medic course. They cover basic first aid to suturing to pain control etc. You can find this course in several locations in the US. A general search on the internet should be successful. I hope this has been of some help to you. Later, Coley
