I enjoy doing the Bikini breaths, and do them in the car, in lineups etc.

I have also lost 15 lbs. which (along with an improvement in diet) has been

helped by the breathing.

What is missing is the toning and increased stamina from doing the

combination of breathing and poses. So finding a way to do both without

the harsh breathing is what I am after.
