Hi ,

You can do this!!!! I think using a timer is a great idea!!!!! Reporting

in will also help a lot!!!! You'll feel so much better by flooding your

body with oxygen. Go for it , I'm rooting for you!!!!! Breathe

breathe....pah!!!!!

a very remarkable book and I think can easily be embraced with this

exercise

plan as an all around healthy way to be. I lost inches the first two

weeks

just on her diet. IT will be interesting to see where the results are

after

a week with LL also.

getting things back in check. Christmas is coming and me getting down to

140 lbs. by then is going to be tough, but I'm going to do it!

Ok, you beautiful women. I know you can do this.

You started it off right by writing down your goals. It was also good that you

are reporting it to all of us so it helps make it more important and more real

to you.

Now the next step is to use those wonderful minds of yours to help you create

the bodies you want to have.

A good daydream can be one of the most powerful tools you have in attaining any

goals you set for yourself. I believe so strongly in this that I devoted one

entire 60 minute audio tape to this subject in my Victory Theory audios.

When I was a child and so sick I could not get out of bed I used to daydream

about being healthy and strong and vibrant. I used the time I had in that bed to

create my future. I could see the visions clearly in my mind. I would see myself

doing all the things that I thought would be fun and wonderful. Today I am

living that life. At 59 I am stronger and healthier than most women many years

younger than I am. I attribute this to many things. One of them was my intense

positive daydream of a healthy future and the other was Life Lift and all the

healing oxygen it has provided to build my immune system.

Get yourselves ready. The Body you have always wanted is coming soon! Do your

Life Lift breaths daily. Inspire yourself with your own creative daydreams and

don't leave out details. Remember that you would not build a house and leave out

half the walls. Build your daydream as a complete picture in your head. Take a

few moments to see the life you want with the body you have always wanted. YOU

do deserve it!

Believe this and you are on your way to permanent success!
