Guest guest
Hello , It is always great to hear from you. I will get all of this pulled together for you, but for a start, the area around your ankles supports the uterus in women, prostate in men, the groin, the lymph glands and very low on your ankle down by your instep you are working your bladder and your spine and sciatic nerve. I press on the knees to strengthen the knees. I try to cover my whole body when I do my Reflexology workout. It makes me feel like the energy is flowing through my body better if I start at the feet and work my way up. I love to finish with the face lift since our bodies are then flooded with oxygen and each point I press or rub will draw the oxygen to that point to firm, heal, tone and lift my facial muscles. I can tell in my face that it really works. If something does not feel well for me, the first thing I do is to begin pressing the bottoms of my feet while doing my LifeLift breaths. I consider the combination of LifeLift and Reflexology/Acupressure, the very best things I can do for my body and face. Take care, Rashelle http://www.oxygenlift.net Life Lift is the Original Aerobic Breathing. I just read your post about reflexology for the back. I have been wondering. On your reflexology tape after working the feet you move to the ankles, knees, lymph, elbow area and ears. What do the points on the ankles and knees and elbows work? How are they connected? I would like to know so that I can focus on that as I press and breathe there. Thank you so much! What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! Guest guest
Wow thanks, Rashelle. That is so great to know! I like to focus on each body point (with my mind) as I press different points. I am really struggling today. I have been fighting something with my stomach. I don't know what but I am getting strong pains. As I did LL this morning it was so painful to even do the lift part of LL at all. I have been doing tons of LL relexology breating while working my stomach points and that has helped but yesterday and today it has been getting worse. I have been battling this for a couple of weeks. I can't wait until it is gone. Take care,
