I did 130 LL breaths with it. Tonight I did a Pilates tape. I ate good and drank 100+ oz. of water. In the South Beach diet book it said if you add lemon juice to water, when you eat it helps block the carbs to stay fuller longer. Thought you would like this hint. :-) Connie Liz's Wed.
