Love, Liz's workout Hi Friends, Today I did 180 LL breaths with the Walk Away the Pounds Express tape 4 miles.... hooray!!!!! Sorry but I was so proud of myself for doing the whole tape. It seems like everyone that comes into my office has had it!!. Bringing up that junk will help you get rid of it sooner I am sure!! :-) Connie Liz's Workout Hi Friends, I finally felt up to doing a 2 mile walk today. I did it with 50 LL breaths. I ate pretty good.. compared to how I've been eating and I drank about 100 oz. of water. I have tons of phlegm in my throat making LL breaths a little tough, because of bringing all of that gross stuff up.
