Guest guest
HI , what IS A CYCLICAL DIET? thanks Connie :-) for today.....11/17 Well, I actually did 40 minutes of LL breaths with my resistance machine....you know that Body by Jake thing...that has seven exercises? It felt pretty good as I did it first thing this morning. I am so trying to just look good and like what I see in the mirror NOW. The quick weight loss stuff is so tempting, but basically, it takes time and patience. I've about 60 to lose. I am doing Atkins, as a cyclical diet....enables me to eat on weekends...not wildly but more carbs than I do during the week. And when you beat the sugar addict problem...it isn't too much of a problem. Put it this way.....ON Friday night or Saturday morning....I will buy or make some fresh cookies to go with milk. And usually I will still eat well within my calorie and carb allowances. 60 lbs. Too big a number. I'm a little low with hot flashes and night sweats, and lack of sleep, also had a migraine today. I appreciate all of you being here. Thank you Rashelle for your continued encouragement. What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! Guest guest
, you will get there. Just hang in and keep working. I haven't told the group this, but I weighed 360lbs at the beginning of the year. I lost and gained 20lbs over and over again. My Mom died in July and that really got me to thinking more about my health. As of today Ihave lost 60lbs since the end of July. Just take one day at a time and don't think of how much you have to lose, but what you have already lost. Guest guest
Hi , With LL you will constantly see changes in the mirror. Just look for them. Let your mirror become your friend. Try and notice every little change in your body and celebrate them, knowing that you're doing something wonderful for yourself and although the big changes may be slow in coming, the little changes are happening everyday. Look for those tighter buns, flatter abs, smaller hips, thinner thighs. The metamorphosis is taking place just watch it happen! I've been trying to eat less and stick to the WW plan. I'm not doing great, but I'm doing ok and eating less pretty consistently along with LL and walking. I haven't lost many pounds lately, but there is a real change in the way that my favorite jeans are fitting me. They're getting baggier in the abs and the thighs and honey I'm loving it! We're doing good and we aren't killing ourselves in the process. Our bodies are looking better each and everyday. It's a slow process, but it's happening. I think it's good to make those subtle changes in the way we eat and exercise. That way it doesn't become a chore and we can stick to it and let it become a real part of our lives. We're not getting older: we're getting better, stronger, healthier, and sexier everyday. Guest guest
Thanks !!!! We're still waiting to hear about the job. The company that's hiring said that they sometimes have trouble with the clinic that does the drug checking, so that's probably the hold up. They told Steve that sometimes they lose the results and have to do it again. I think that they need a new clinic to deal with don't you????
