OK I went and bought some raw milk. they only had two quarts of whole, so I

boought them, and then I was looking at the lowfat milk, adn I saw that it

was only 99 cents! Well it is close to it's " expiration " date so I went ahead

and took every last quart they had, I got 5 quarts for $4.95! I was a happy

camper, but now I dont know what to do with it. I have some regular cream,

and I was wondering if I should add some back into it, or just leave it the

way it is, and clabber away? I accidentally bought lowfat teh last time I

bought organic milk, and the kefir was kind of " blah " I don't know if this

has to do with the amount of time I let it ferment or the lowfat milk. Any

advice I can get from you all, would be great!

Thanks

Zahra
