I would recommend checking with them and making sure you get it still in the original bag, if you have allergy issues. 25 lbs of dried coconut is a LOT of coconut -- it is very, very light (not at all like baking coconut!). They are not at all the same. I have NO idea how WFN makes theirs, but it is sweet and wonderful. Jaffe coconut tastes more like I'd expect a coconut to taste if I put it through my dehydrator (plain ripe coconut doesn't have all that much flavor and it isn't generally sweet, in my experience). Maybe the WFN coconut is younger? WFN dried coconut is also MUCH more expensive and not something I can use in cookies by the cupful! But I do get both.
