Try:

http://www.organicfruitsandnuts.com/Templates/frmTemplateE.asp?SubFolderID=107 & S\

earchYN=N

It is $37 for 25 lbs. I would recommend checking with them and making sure you

get it still in the original bag, if you have allergy issues. 25 lbs of

dried coconut is

a LOT of coconut -- it is very, very light (not at all like baking coconut!).

They are not at all the same. I have NO idea how WFN makes

theirs, but it is sweet and wonderful. Jaffe coconut tastes more

like I'd expect a coconut to taste if I put it through my

dehydrator (plain ripe coconut doesn't have all that much

flavor and it isn't generally sweet, in my experience). Maybe

the WFN coconut is younger? WFN dried coconut is also MUCH

more expensive and not something I can use in cookies

by the cupful! But I do get both.
