I am so excited to hear that you are enjoying your Life Lift workout so much. It often is surprising to most people that Life Lift is so easy to do, yet it seems to be the most effective workout. There is a reason for this. I have been working in health and fitness for well over 30 years. From my years of experience the most important thing I have learned is that the more relaxed you are the easier it is for your body to release fat, toxins and stress. Life Lift is so easy to do and so nurturing that it allows your body to relax more. This is good for several reasons. If we want our bodies to function well we need to feel relaxed, sleep better and reduce our stress. Life Lift can improve all of these areas. I just got my LifeLift tapes yesterday and watched them before attempting workout. As I have been an on and off Oxyciser for a couple of years, I thought " Gee, this will never work. This technique is much too simple. " Well, I did my first " workout " this morning and I am surprised at how effective this simple method of breathing is and how intense the positions are. The 20 minutes just flew by. What really amazes me is how the breathing seems to make the body positions so intense. I don't want to knock Oxycise as it is a very good program but I found the breathing a little complicated. I find the " lift " with Lifelift easier to obtain. I have difficulty with my knees and this technique never stressed my knees at all. I would like to know if others have had a lot of success with weight an inch loss? I sure hope so.
