Guest guest
I recently found I could purchase raw goat's milk and am now wondering about what all I can do with it. Does it clabber like raw cow's milk? What about making yogurt? My daughter has been drinking about a cup a day as she thought it would just be good for her--and in fact, some eczema she's had trouble getting rid of has started abating although the raw goat milk is the only major difference in her diet. Does clabbering mean you just let it sit out in the carton (opened/unopened?). Also, does it keep, especially once opened, longer than pasteurized milk? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
