Guest guest
Hi , I bought some today too. Now I don't know what to do with it! lol If I recall correctly dad would take an ice pick and puncture the eyes of the coconut and when it was drained he would take a ballpean hammer to it. Resistance is futile! It would bust into a lot of pieces and then the coconut could be separated from the shell. Enjoy! What are you planning on using your coconut milk in? Guest guest
Hi Virginia, It does take alot of hammering but oh well we are building arm muscles right???? I finally got into it and enjoyed a few pieces. As to what to use the coconut milk I bought for, I haven't got a clue!!! If I have time this afternoon I will try to find some recipes on the internet. I went out yesterday to try and buy Bruce Fifes book on the coconut diet and also the many benifits of coconut but couldn't find either book so will have to wait until I go to a real city!! LOL!!! Guest guest
Hi , Did you try to find the book on the Internet? It might save you from venturing out of your little town. Hey, maybe you ought to move to Cincinnati. We have a lot of book stores out here. You can stay with me until you find a place of your own. :-) Just a thought! Love ya!!!! I will be in Midland in Oct to keep my little ones while my daughter goes to Austin to get certified in Yoga so will look at the bookstore there. Coming to live with you is also an option!! I can clean your house and cook your meals?????????? love ya, me
