Guest guest
I have a Bosch , and I love it! I can make 4 (2-1/2 lb) loaves at one time. The bowl is pretty full of dough and I have to watch it closely while it's rising, but I love my machine. It takes the drudgery out of making bread. Janet Bread mixers- which one's best? We're looking to upgrade our bread-making proces. Now that we're soaking or sprouting the grains, the quisenart (sp?) is not able to handle the mixing. I've talked to people who love their automatic bread makers - but a few months later, they all are now talking about how the gears are stripped or the motors have burned out. We're looking to make about 6 loaves a week. I've heard that a kitchen-aid with the bread hook works well. Cost $200 - $300? What do you all use to mix/make bread? Thanks, -
