Guest guest
If you are carrying out RCT for patient and you are unable to take radiograph in order to determine working length because of limited mouth opening but you have a pre -op assessment radiograph what will you do ? 1- take panoramic radiograph 2- use an electronic apex locator 3- use tectile means to determine the apical stop This is ore question, what do u think ? Guest guest
Dear majid,1stly we have to assess if the mouth opening limited because of infection or any other cause?? If so,we'll prescribe antibiotics and after proper mouth opening, continue rct normallyIf this is not the case,USE APEX LOCATOR.Regards,-AshishSent on my BlackBerry® from VodafoneFrom: Balsam Majid <balsam_majid@...>Sender: Date: Sat, 3 Dec 2011 00:25:00 +0000< >Reply Subject: RCT question If you are carrying out RCT for patient and you are unable to take radiograph in order to determine working length because of limited mouth opening but you have a pre -op assessment radiograph what will you do ?1- take panoramic radiograph2- use an electronic apex locator3- use tectile means to determine the apical stop This is ore question, what do u think ?Sent from my iPhone

Guest guest
HiiI'm thinking it's 3- tactile means to determine apical stopBecause its mentioned there is a pre-assessment radiographSo it might help in working length determinationHow does that sound ??BalsamSent from my iPhoneOn Dec 3, 2011, at 7:00 AM, dr_ashish_pandit@... wrote: Dear majid,1stly we have to assess if the mouth opening limited because of infection or any other cause??
