Guest guest
> I just came across this and thought some of you might appreciate it. I basically buy sorghum flour and use it like wheat flour -- it isn't all that expensive from Twin Valley Mills, but you can get it at Indian food stores very cheaply too, I'm told (none around here though). Sorghum tastes very good -- it doesn't have the gluten to raise quite like wheat flour for bread, but you can do most anything with it if you have the techniques. http://www.nesorghum.com/linksfromhomepage/foodfromhomepage/sorghumrecipes.htm Heidi S
