Guest guest
Hi All, I found this food timeline at:http://www.gti.net/mocolib1/kid/food.html. I thouhgt some of you might find it interesting. There are many other food history sites as well, if you do a search with food history. It is fun to see what your own ancesters were eating way back in the Middle Ages or whenever, as well as seeing what foods first appeared in cultivation practices. This is interesting, but it seems to suggest that meat (as opposed to fish) was a much later addition than it was because it only lists domesticated animals. -
