Every once in a while, I like to post some things that actually worked for the

new members. These are out-of-date, but still relelvant:

Aussie Mark (MACI cartilage transplant) -- doing well, last we heard.

Chuck (IAGH - Intra-articular growth hormone) -- last we heard, he had done a

1/2-Ironman triathlon and the knee was good.

Don (Carticel) -- " 1000% better " but still needs some work.

Me (prolotherapy, prolozone) -- still doing great, running the NYC Marathon in

November.

You can search old posts to find more information (old posts) on these

procedures.

Anybody have any updates or other success stories? Any general advice for all

the new members. Any treatments that worked or didn't work?

Happy knees everyone!

Nice reminder Doug. I (Carticel - Don) play golf 3 - 4 times per week now,

all walking. I shot my first hole-in-one a couple of weeks ago. I can run

although not a marathon like you. Thing are going very well.

There is hope out there!!!!
