(interestingly I was reading an article about Ormus materials that put together the terms white gold and manna and came up with " white bread " ) But my concern at the moment is not so noble as that; I've been munching on supermarket-grade sourdough, which is one of the only things I can get down when my gut is upset, and seems to help in an odd sort of way, in the short run. I wish I could make the " real " sourdoughs that you do.. any thoughts about offering that for sale along with the EM brews? Or would you have to charge 3 hundred bucks a loaf..
