Here's another recipe I came up with...

Asian Garlic Salmon

3/4 lb. fresh wild salmon, diced

juice from 2 limes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger root

2-3 Tbsp. unpasteurized soy sauce (to taste)

Mix together in a bowl, and marinate 7-48 hours in refrigerator,

making sure salmon is submerged as much as possible.

Serve over lettuce with gingered carrots, diakon radish grated, and

other favorite chopped veggies.
