I've heard good results from 2 things:

1. Avoiding IgA/IgG allergies (wheat and milk, usually)

2. Eating probiotics (if one article from the AMA, eating probiotics helped

about half the cases of psoriasis).

Caladryl lotion stops itching for MOST skin conditions. Kefir whey seems to

help too, at least for one person I talked to, also oil (flax seed oil, I

think it was).

Their product is not organic or totally natural, but it does claim to help with

psoriosis. The product is plant based and contains numerous amino acids as well

as vitamins A, C and E. Just the inrredients may be a helpful factor if you

wanted to try something yourself.
