Thanks for letting me know! My hubby lost 20 lbs, my daughter lost 5 .. I didn't lose any, but my bloated belly deflated. But it is the weirdest thing. It's only been 3 days since i have not had wheat and i actually do feel different. Not sure how to explain it- just different. Then I got constipated and had severe gut pains for about a month off and on, which prompted me to eat wheat again. The only reason I kept with it was that I figured if it made THAT much difference it must be a drug of sorts. (kept eating the same amount of carbs so as not to sqew the experiment ...
