I got online and looked up Body Flex and turns out that was the

infomercial I saw...not the Life Lift. I wasn't aware that the two

women looked so much alike! so, which one is better?

Hi Alisha,

LL is very similar to BF, however it's not as forceful and it's a slower

breath. It gives you more time to really focus more on the areas that

your working on, therefore giving you a more effective workout. I'm sure

that you've probably heard in certain exercises that the quality is

better and not the quantity. For example if you do 10 sit ups, really

focusing on the area, using precise movements you'll get better results

than doing 20 quick ones without focusing as hard. This is the reason

that I believe there's better results for some people when they use LL

over BF.

I've tried Body Flex (BF), Oxycise (O), and Life Lift (LL). BF worked for

me but caused problems with my asthma. O gave me a severe sore throat and

LL is wonderful!!!!!!! I've lost 30 lbs. plus many inches with LL and my

asthma is better. I've gone from a size 18 to sizes varying from a 4/6 to

a 14 and my 14's are baggy. LL is very gentle, energizing, and

effective!!!!! Give it a try, you won't be sorry!!!!

Love, Liz

Hi alisha

I have done Body Flex in the past before LL and though I had some results with

it, I found it to be too harsh and after some weeks of doing it my shoulders

hurt so bad I had to go to a chiropractor. Also, it is ver forceful and loud

and I found I would only do it when no one else was around. Lifelift is a

gentle more precise way of breathing and I have now been doing it for over 3

years and could not imagine doing anything else. Rashelle, the creator of LL

taught Greer The method of breathing properly and Greer then revised it and

called it BodyFlex. You will have to make up your own mind which to get but I

personally would say you would be way ahead getting LL. Rashelle is out of the

country right now but when she is here, she will respond to all our questions

and needs and is the greatest of all encouragers. She truly cares about each

and everyone of us and is here to help us in anyway she can. The 2 years I did

Bodyflex I never once saw Greer post or try to help us with unanswered

questions.

But you will have to check out each one and see for yourself.

Best of luck,

Love,
