Patient with osteitis + pus after 3rd molar extraction what is you treatment?. In the Pink book it says clear irrigate and dress the exposed bone with BIPP or Alvogyl .tin tis care there is pus also=infection so what is the first antibiotic of choice metronidazole or amoxicillin and how much is the dose
