Guest guest
Lots of people walking brainlessly in the middle of the road today. Bad drivers too. You should have heard my PAH! when a van turned left in front of me from the wrong lane on a one way street. Am really loving Jumpstart Your Metabolism. I got the BF book Be a Loser! in the mail today. I think you've got yourself a convert, even if I never lose any fat particles. I just love to Pah! Even when it makes me cough. Oh, I thought of a way to work my inner thighs in the car. I have a small (8 in. diameter?) inflatable ball that I thought I could put between my knees to squeeze. Whaddya think? *********************************************************** THIS MESSAGE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO WHICH IT IS ADDRESSED AND MAY CONTAIN INFORMATION THAT IS PRIVILEGED, CONFIDENTIAL, AND EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Guest guest
HAHAHA! so what you are saying is that in the next 11 weeks I may be finding a lot of lint???? Your pix are great!!!! I can really tell the difference! Your waist is tiny and your rear end seems to be a few inches higher. (I think I am going to start measuring this on myself ) The other thing to remember is we look alot better in real life, in clothes walking around... with all of our charms. The pictures are good for a reality check, but in some ways they are worse then reality. > Something I found interesting yesterday when I was getting my body > fat tested. The first time we did it, she measured I think 5.5 " > from my belly button, which turned out to be directly on top of a > scar. So I thought 'great, that's where we'll always measure'. > Yesterday she took the measurement again, and my scar has moved > closer to my belly button - quite a bit closer! My belly button is > retracting... I wonder what would have happened if I'd had it > pierced? Would the jewellery have disappeared into the abyss? > > in NZ > C1W12D7
