It's part of a feedback.Question on Buccinator: buccal plunge and Orbicularis Oris relating to denture.(associated with buccal frenum record as bucal notch,they should be considerded while taking impression).

Sure. Thats my fav question. C.disease is mainly coz of inc in ACTH . its mainly coz if tumour in pitutory /pitutary adenoma. Which is also called endogenous production or cause.

And syndrome can be coz of endo or exogenous causes . Like iatrogenic .when we give cortisol or corticosteroid harmones to a patient. Or increase in cortisol coz of hyperplasia or adenoma in adrenal itself,which is endogenous.
