ORE exam part 1

hi I am studying for the ORE exam part 1, I decided to start studying from Medical problems in dentistry.I have the fourth edition, do I need to get the new edition, any one can tell me how many days should i target my self to complete it.many thanks

I have been going through nice guidelines for prophylaxis against infective endocarditis and shows not recommended for people undergoing dental procedures.

I would like to ask whether we still have to go through antibiotic protocol or not.
