Guest guest Posted May 30, 2009 Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 I got mine at Sams Club. Osteo BiFlex was the brand I got, and it was recommended by my doctor. My doctor had done an informal study and found that in his opinion, only a few of the brands actually had enough of the active ingredients to be useful. Even then, there wasn't clear that it would help people, but in some cases it did. Unfortunately, it didn't help me at all. We've found their own brand (NSI) to be really good quality. For megamulti's I use Twinlabs' Daily One Tabs with iron. Guest guest Posted May 31, 2009 Report Share Posted May 31, 2009 I once tried taking glucosamine/chrondotin for about 2 months. Instead of making my knee better, it made ALL my joints hurt.
