Question for the TTT'rs

I've been having pains down in my lower shin... similar to a shin splint...

probably about 6 inches above my ankle. Nowhere near the TTT area. It

seems to be related to moving my foot around (or more to the point the fact

I HAVEN'T been moving my foot around), and feels like a mild cramp that I

can't relieve. I'm not terribly worried, because it's not in the TTT area,

and I've been following all the doc's instructions, so I don't think I've

messed anything up...

But I'm wondering if this is something common, if it is a muscle cramp, if

it's related to the TTT or just the inactivity, and if there's really

anything to do for it other than massage it?

Thanks in advance,

Meg F
