Guest guest
Hello again everyone! I'm " really pleasant " that everyone reply to my post! Maybe the subject is not so intersting, but I thought that if someone ask somebody else some help, it'll normal that almost one person will answer. Thanks very much! I'm really happy.... Or not? Guest guest
I'm sorry you didn't get a reply, Michela. If I understand your post correctly, you are looking for someone who is taking birth control pills and doing LifeLift for their experience with the combination? I don't fit the category at all, so I'm sure that's why I didn't answer. Have you looked at Rashelle's website, http://www.lifelift.net, to see if you can find information there? Or perhaps Rashelle herself might know. Welcome to the list! Guest guest
Hi Michela, I remember your ques. last week, but I don't know the answer and that's why I didn't reply. I know that some meds. do cause you to lose slower but I don't know about the birth control with LL. I do believe however that if you do LL on a consistent basis you'll see some good results, even if it is slow. Sorry! Guest guest
Michela, I am sorry you got ignored. Your question is kind of hard to answer, that is probably why you didn't get a reply. The Life Lift breath should work for you. It allows your body to exhale the toxins in the fastest way possible, through the lungs. I am not in your situation. I don't take the pill. I am the mother of four children. I do know that Life Lift works though. Guest guest
Hello Michela, Welcome to the list. I am so sorry that you have not had the response you were hoping for. I know that the lists have been a little slow lately and also there are many of our most active group members who are not using birth control so they may not have felt they had a good enough answer for you. I saw that many of them have responded to help you feel welcome and also to let you know they care. The answer is that taking birth control pills should not in any way keep you from having wonderful results with Life Lift. I know many women who use them along with their Life Lift program and they have had stunning results. I saw the great post from Mia telling us that she has already lost 13 inches and she just recently started the Life Lift program. The key is for you to be consistent, drink plenty of water and eat every few hours to keep your body fueled. It may be very helpful for you to go to my web site at www.lifelift.net or www.lifelift.com and read some of the past newsletters and also the FAQ pages. There are lots of answers to questions you may have there and lots of good ideas on how to get the most from your Life Lift program. I have complete confidence in you. You will do great! Take good care, Rashelle Hello again everyone! I'm " really pleasant " that everyone reply to my post!
