I've recently gone for the SP services fold down bum bag with the three

pouches, its pretty good in my books. The three compartments are a

reasonable size and easy to access. The belt is solid and can take some add

ons quite easily, I put a small pouch on for Stethascope, bandage scissors

etc. The price is reasonable and its easy to cart around without being bulky

and a pain.

Try www.mhf.net/Mall/stores/NARP it's the one previously mentioned North

American rescue Products though there are other suppliers.

I have the Corpsmen ENT set having been recommended to get it by my

Instructors from the USN Med Service it's a nice little lightweight kit,

basic very simple exactly what you need in the field, as the old adage says

KISS principles (Keep It Simple Stupid) and in use by most spec ops medics.
