i agree with your first statement..... thats the maximum dose in mg... but plz

read the question properly, its asking how much in ml....

so here is the calculation:

4.4mg/kg is the maximum dose with adrenaline, the individual in question is

70kg, therefore the maximum safe dose with adrenaline will be 4.4 * 70= 308mg.

how to calculate in ml??

the answer is:

2% lidocaine LA sol means :-

2gm (or 2000mg) of lidocaine in100ml of sol.

That means 1ml of sol contains 20mg of Lignocaine

that means 15ml of sol contains 300 mg of lidocaine

the closest answer is E
