1. while doing a proximal restoration matrix band was secured tightly but no

wedge placed..what would it cause? Gingival laceration, gingival tear,mucosal

burn,mucosal tear, gingival inflammation

2. a dentist using soflex disc without finger support.what would

happen?(options same as above )

3.what happen if doing gingival cautery you notice its casing is broken..what

happen? (gingival trauma, mucosal burn,lip burn)
