Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did 20 LL breath stretches and today I did 100. My family is

going to Indiana tomorrow, we're in Ohio, to celebrate Christmas with

Steve's family. I'm hoping to do at least 100 LL breaths on the way

there, and 100 on the trip back home on Saturday. It takes about an hour

and a half to get there. I've got to get back on track with eating and

breathing......
