I'm just starting out. I make CP goats milk soap and have made three

batches, one with just plain lard, one with lard/coconut oil, one with

lard, shortening, coconut oil and olive oil. All were scented with

orange EO. Can you tell I've been pretty much grabbing from the

pantry? LOL!

The soaps cured for three weeks and I'm using the lard coconut oil one

and it is good, scent a little weak, but it's ok. The lather is thin.

Now I'm ready to invest in better oils to incorporate in my recipes,

but don't want to spend a ton first off. What are two oils you think

would be a good addition? What can I add that would give a better

lather? What scents (with brand names) of EO and FO do you like with

CP soaps?
