African black soap question

I've read on some sites that African black soap is " crumbly, " but what

I purchased comes in a plastic tub and is soft and rather sticky. I

want to shape it to sell, but I'm trying to figure out what type of

mold to use in order to get it out once it's shaped. If I leave it in

the mold, will it harden a bit? Any suggestions or care to share your

experience?
