Guest guest
Hey Don! Congrats on the great recovery! I too ended up having a manipulation after I had a patellar/femural replacement last April. I had my manipulation in June...however my ortho home nurse knew I was getting behind on rehab 2 weeks in. I just plain couldn't move my knee. I had the benefit on knowing going in that I scar thickly and that would be a concern. I described my manipulation as " putting me out so they could bend the !@#$ out of my knee while I'm not awake to kill them " ! I'm sorry they had to " open you up " again...but I'll pray it will all work out well in the end! Keep up the great bending...and work at it. I've lost ground again since being booted out of rehab... Guest guest
Hey Don, this is better news!!!! What a great surface coating your OS has left for your implant!! This is the exciting thing about the carticel option - where you have the real chance to get back your original smooth cartilage surface that continues to grow and harden over the next 12 - 18 months and then you get your life back again. Its a big call investing in all the recovery/ rehab time (and pain management) but its great to see another win for the technology!! Well done sir! Mark. > > WOW, I got the CPM to 95 degrees tonight.
