Guest guest
I have not exactly been following my physical therapy regimine properly but my knees have been feeling alot better lately! I know I have chondromalacia is this a normal thing?? I mean I have experienced the excruciating pain but for it to almost be non-existent! Good sign? Or am I just getting used to the pain!! Or could that physical therapy actually be working?? I was told that if I strengthen the thigh muscles that the pressure and strain would be reduced on my knees. I just never though it would happen! I don't think I have lost any weight (yet, I am dieting and exercising though) and I don't think I am doing much to stregnthen those muscles!! The human body is a bizarre thing!! Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm sure the pain will come back though!! What can I say I am a pessimist!!
