One thing that I am definately learning is that there are so many different

things you can do and it's somewhat overwhelming. Decisions Decisions whats a

newbie soapmaker to do? LOL! At this point I am waiting on packaging stuff to

come so I put them in ziplocs for the time being.

The strongest of the soaps I made I think was the patchouli raspberry. If I were

to remelt it would it be ok to use a different type base? All I have at the

moment is an olive base melt and pour and what I originally used was a cucumber

avocado base. And the melt and pour bases I have coming in the mail are goats

milk, oatmeal and shea butter. If I were to add another scent to the patchouli

raspberry what scent would be ok? It doesn't have a bad smell right now just

really strong.

I decided on the melt and pour because I felt that I could easily do this to

start off with. But is it as hard as I am thinking it is to do the cold and hot

processed type soaps? I'm not looking to do that right now just curious. I want

to learn one method at a time but eventually give each method a shot.
