Guest guest Posted May 31, 2002 Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 Hi Everyone, Today is day three for me. I have actually done 40 consecutive breaths for three days in a row! Whew, I'm on a roll. Day One, I worked my arms hard. Yesterday, I jogged. Today, I worked my hinny and legs. So far I have lost: 1/2 inch from my right thigh 3/4 inch from my left thigh and 1/2 inch from each bicep! Whoo, Whoo, doin' the happy dance here. I feel like the challenge is working for me. Three days in a row! I have been doing 40 consecutive Life Lift breaths. I can say that it is working even without dieting. *Huge Smile* I have had a bowl of ice cream every night because that is what my husband and I do together each night after the kids are in bed. He doesn't feel like the day is complete without his bowl of ice cream. I have not lost any pounds, but don't care. I am going for tighter muscles and a leaner look. Today was the hardest day to get my workout in.
