Hi Everyone,

This is week two of the challenge. I have gotten my breaths in every day so

far. Some days were easier than others.

Yesterday, I got my breaths in and really worked my arms. Today I got my

breaths in and really worked my belly!

? How are you doing???

Wanda? I think you are doing fabulous baby!!! I haven't come up with any

ideas for you yet, but it seems like you are working them in great as it is.

Melinda!!! I'm so glad you decided to join in this week. Please let us help

you reach your goals. Please help me reach my goals!

Anyone else out there need motivated? If so, how can I help???
