He wouldn’t give me anything for either help with sleeping or pain.

chondromalacia treatment

Subject: Re: Re: Dr visit today

Or Trazodone. Side effects aren't as drastic. After taking Ambien (which I

loved) for several years, I developed sleep apnea. It also made me very

drunk, weaving down the hall, etc., if I had to get up in the middle of the

night.

Trazodone is supposedly an anti-depressant, but it's so sedative I don't see

how anyone taking it for depression is going to feel better (more energy,

etc.). But it's a great sleep aid.

I've been taking it for about 10 years and have finally had to up the dose

by 50%.

Sometimes when I go to bed my brain really isn't ready for sleep (I think my

body is on a 30-hr schedule), even with the Trazodone (now), so I'll take 1

or 2 Tylenol PM's. The Benadryl in that also helps with my mysterious night

allergies (no, it's NOT my cats, it's NOT my cats!!) and there's always some

pain or other going on somewhere in my body & the Tylenol helps with that.

I'm sure everyone here knows that Target and probably Walmart & other big

box stores sell their own brand of this a lot cheaper.

I don't recommend Narcotics....It may just get you hooked on painkillers....

Ambien is good though

Oh yeah,

If you really want to get a good night's sleep take a Vicodin (or

Percoset) and an Ambien before bedtime.

You won't know what hit you!
