advice for a mother whos daughter has chondromalacia patella

Hello my 12 year old daughter has been diagnosed with this condition

she is in great pain when walking but no one seems to care! it took 3

months to see a foot specialist as they say the problem is due to her

feet turning in she has insoles now which have made her ankles hurt

but still painful knees. What i would like to know is what can i do as

a mother to help her next? She is missing time from school which

upsets me as she is falling behind she has had knee pain now for 4

months can anyone help us???
