Guest guest Posted October 6, 2006 Report Share Posted October 6, 2006 Hi Edd, Ice works pretty good. Strength training helps too, but sometimes they will hurt no matter what. It totally sucks. Know this…we all know how your knees feel and are here for support. Mine hurt 100% of the time and my OS said he wouldn’t do anything for me. He did refer me to a Rheumatologist and I’m still waiting for that appointment (two weeks now). Maybe you could ask about arthritis meds? I can’t believe they won’t at least let you have an anti-inflammatory med. That might at least help some. Thanks for serving in a part of the world where there is so many bad things going on. The news is scary every day and I pray for all the troops over there.
