Hi .

Is your pattela dislocating? Did the doctor do anything when he did the

scope? I am a little confused on why you can't get the disability pay. Is

the company saying you should be back and the doctor saying you need more

time?

oh boy is it ever !!! it locks to and depending on where it locks I

can't walk the dr, cleaned out the arithurits from the back of the knee

cap and the spears on the cartliage ,, he told my mother that i will

still have to wear a brace.... yeah the std.. keeps denying it .. they

say i should be back in two weeks dr says because of what i do (stock

shelves for wal_mart) that he wants me off 6 weeks if they don;t change

their minds am discounitng the std why pay for something u can't use...

Your Dr should be able to write to them explaining why you are not allowed

to return to work. After my Maquet procedure, I couldn’t go back to work for

a month and when I did; I couldn’t do any lifting at all for another month,

minimum, and was to basically sot on my butt. I worked in a pet store at the

time, so you can imagine the work we did…stocking 40 pound bags of dog food,

cleaning both standing, stooping, and on our knees - ouch! – helping

customers, cleaning, pricing and stocking, oh and did I say cleaning?

Anyway, I did all the pricing, answering the phone, ringing up customers and

signage for six weeks after I returned to work. The Dr and PT added the two

weeks because it was slow going for a while there. I’d fight for it if I

were you.
