Guest guest
Hi, just to clarify, for high volume suction tips, they should be disposed off in the sharps bin but they are allowed to be put in the clinical waste provided they are wrapped in tissue paer/disposable bib. At least that is the policy where I work. If question appeared in exam, I would recommend sharps bin! Anybody got any reference just to make settle the question? Ana Whay is the method of disposal of following instrument????1)metal matrix band sharps2)disposable matrix band sharps3)suction tube sharps or clinical waste. Not sure4)aspirator clinical waste(orange bag)5)stock tray disinfection, wash & autoclave 6)disposable tray single use so discard into clinical waste. Hope that helps.
