Guest guest
As far as I know, the first line of treatment in anaphilaxis IS Epinephrine Inatramuscular. Regardless of what type of allergy the patient has, the question is clear in stating anaphilatic shock. So, for me is E (but now I am a bit puzzled, anybody else to confirm/contest, please?)
