As far as I know, the first line of treatment in anaphilaxis IS Epinephrine Inatramuscular. Regardless of what type of allergy the patient has, the question is clear in stating anaphilatic shock.

So, for me is E

(but now I am a bit puzzled, anybody else to confirm/contest, please?)

the table is for people who are known latex allergy and they need premediacation but the situation here is unkown latex allergy best treated like ME anaphalylaxis so adrenaline IM first line drug
