Hey Don,... your time is getting closer!!!!

I am now at 20 weeks Post Op and the next 8 weeks (the OS tells me) is

when i will start to notice any " sticky " parts as the implant keeps

growing madly away and hopefully back up to the normal surface levels

and filling that big debrided hole..!!!

Someone posted last month about supplements and i had started taking

natural fish oil and shark liver oil from New Zealand and I have to

say that I am feeling very energetic ... I am the worlds worst skeptic

after taking everything for the ol' knee but there is something in all

this omega 3 oils etc,..???? Apparently they are a naturtal

anti-inflammatory amongst many other things!!!

I am still without the aches and pains and still going slowly with the

muscle recovery as I am very conscious of not overworking the leg at

this time and concentrating mainly on getting a full bending angle

back into the joint...

anyhow keep posting and tell everyone when you are going in for your

implant!!

Hey Don;

how many weeks are you post op? are you " original " pain free yet?

next big step for you is to give up the crutches and go with a stick

for a week or two..??
