Hi /All

I suspect you got the information from the flyer with the BASICS newsletter. As

the person who started " spreading the word " about this, just a quick update.

For some reason, far too many were ordered and there are boxes (54 in a box if

anybody wants one) just getting in the way. When I went to get a box so we

could send a copy to all the members of the BATLS Training Team they asked me if

I would take another box. If anybody wants more than one copy, an A4 envelope

plus the Journal weighs 280 gms so adjust the postage accordingly.

It is unclassified but very informative (even has it's own ISBN number). The

problem for our friends from outside the UK is that DMLS does not have the

resources to accept foreign currency, so I would suggest getting somebody in the

UK to get you one.

Nice work , should have thought of this means myself.

All the best

Mark

Free " Chemical Casualties " Journal

Greetings all

I understand that you can get a free copy of a special issue of the Journal

of the

Royal Army Medical Corps dealing with " Chemical Casualties " by sending a SAE

to:

Margaret Baines, Defence Medical Library Service,

Room 3, Mackenzie Block, Fort Blockhouse,

Gosport, Hants, PO12 2AB.

The journal is 404 pages and is in A4 format. Postage will cost £1.01p

(first class)

or £0.80p (second class).

Hi Cory,

Why go to all that bother when you have excellent

sources in the US. The following are online guides

to this area.

CDC www.cdc.gov

USAMRICD http://ccc.apgea.army.mil/

USAMRIID http://www.usamriid.army.mil/education/

There are also CPD credits available for the two

US army sites.

Cheers,

Ross
