Labeling when using Designer Fragrance Oils

How do you label your items when the fragrance is a Bath and Body

Works Type? What leagally can you say? If you include the word type

are you safe in including the company name?

using " type " is okay, however i think if a company really wants to pursue

it, they might. but i think something like " xxx is a trademark of xxx company "

underthe scent in small writing would work well, or " if you like xxx tm(

that little TM symbol) you'll love xxx ( your scent name). that way you aren't

claiming to have xxx company's scent.

i notice most people include " Type " after the name.. top denote its

a dupe of their fragrance.. otherwise just name it a bit differently
