Guest guest
As my last post, I have very bad Chondromalacia in my left knee only (I am very lucky to be free of it in my right knee all together)... A bunch of questions for anyone who wants to answer any, some or all of them. -Is there anything that helps when it's gotten to the worst grade? -Has physio therapy helped anyone whos done it in the early stages or in the later stages? -Does knee taping help or is it just something painful and sticky? -Did anyone feel better after physio therapy just for it to hurt again a few weeks later? -Is there any surgery that will actually help with this problem? -Is there any pain killers in existance that will decrease the pain at all?? -Is strengthening your quadricepts really the only solution anyone will give you for this problem? -Is there anything to do to make it through a day without being in pain 24/7? Sorry for all the questions, I have a lot of my mind with my Chondromalacia, and anything anyone can help me with or offer some advice would be great. Doctors just don't seem to really care at all about this problem and keep blowing me off. They seem to think it's easily fixed or something. I don't know what to think!!
